You're an idiot. He's saying that his clique or gang is like the Freemasons and if he's on the run he can go to a hideout place in the ghetto like the Freemasons can go to their lodges. He even spits a line about holding the grand dragon's head in his hand. Then proceeds to say "come and get me" as a taunt to them.
Nas isn't exactly perfect but if he is partaking in freemason activity, he could be doing it to get inside information to fight them or become an informant.
Then again, you never know. I don't trust anything I see or hear in popular culture.
